Just did some preliminary real estate staging in Coto de Caza this morning. 

Wrapping up loose ends today as I'm off to New York City tomorrow for fun and inspiration!  Hoping to come back with new ideas and trends, espically if I can make it to MOMA - Museum of Modern Art to see the exhibition on Design and Architecture!
